Vineyard: Montagna Grande, Trapani. The vineyards are situated at 400 metres above sea level, on limestone soil. The vines are Guyot-trained.

Harvest and Vinification: Hand-harvested. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on the fine lees.

SENSORY PROFILE

Nose: Elegant aromas of citrus fruit, orange blossom and Mediterranean herbs, accompanied by subtle balsamic notes.

Palate: Dry, fresh and savoury, with a precise and balanced aromatic expression.

Finish: Long, persistent and mineral, with lingering citrus and herbal notes.

Identity: A dry Zibibbo with a distinctive aromatic expression, combining intensity on the nose with freshness and mineral depth.

Food Pairings: Fish, shellfish, Mediterranean cuisine and spicy dishes.

Serving Temperature: 8–10°C.
Ageing Potential: 5–7 years.
