Harvested in mid-September, gently pressed and cold-fermented at 13°C for 15 days, then simply aged for 4 months in concrete tanks.
An incredibly versatile white wine that pairs well with a wide range of dishes. Its classic notes of tropical fruit and bitter almond make it particularly suitable for challenging ingredients such as artichokes and asparagus.
